Day Of Coordination Package

This package is designed for couples that have a venue that requires a day of coordinator as well as for couples that want to fully enjoy their wedding day without worrying about the logistical stresses.

What Does Our Coordination Include?

​

• Full access to our brand new coordinating mobile app experience.

​

• Your coordinator will arrive 4 hours prior to your ceremony start time on the wedding day (unless otherwise discussed) and will remain on site all day through the end of your reception.

​

• Make sure the set-up and décor for ceremony and reception is as requested. 

​

• Serve as the point person for every vendor so the couple can enjoy their wedding week.

​

• Create your wedding day timeline and distribute it to all vendors to ensure that your day is properly organized. 

​

• Help with rehearsal direction.

​

• Help organize and space the processional line-up as desired for your ceremony.

​

• Help pin on boutonnières and corsages on designated individuals. (provided by the florist).

​

• Keep track of the marriage license, ceremonial items, and rings.

​

• Direct events to keep the wedding flowing smoothly and on schedule with your DJ.

• Assist with guest management/transitions from one area of your venue to the next.

• Determine who will be responsible for getting gifts and important items from the reception to their final destination.

• Respond to any last-minute emergencies or changes and provide assistance to the best of our ability.
